Reservation and Payment Policy
In order to receive healing or coaching sessions you have to make reservation through Wisdom Dances website. Payment is required to complete your reservation. We accept major credit cards for payment.
General Refund Policy
All prepaid sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-REDEEMABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. All prepaid sessions, packages and gift-certificates are good for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Cancellation Policy for Qigong Healing and Coaching Sessions
Your healing times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the office scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 2 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your session.
We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, our therapists not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
If an emergency situation arises, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and we may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
No Show Policy
Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification is considered “no show” and will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
Late Arrival Policy
All healing and coaching sessions have a specific time reserved for you therefore we regret that late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged.
Qigong Healing Sessions, Classes, Workshops and Practice Sessions Informed Consent and Liability Waiver
I am participating in classes or services during which I will receive information and instruction about Qigong movements and meditation. This information is for educational purposes and does not replace medical care. I represent and warrant that I have no physical or mental health condition that would prevent my safe participation in Qigong practice. In consideration of being permitted to participate in Qigong coachcing, classes, workshops and practice sessions, or healing sessions, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.
In further consideration of being permitted to participate in Qigong healings, classes, workshops and practice sessions, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against representatives of Wisdom Dances or Eye of the Heart Center for Creative Contemplation, the qigong healer, class instructor, the owner, or the leaseholder of the building for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in classes or workshops held at Wisdom Dances or Eye of the Heart Center for Creative Contemplation.
